Product Portfolio Overview

We currently offer two core thermoforming machine platforms, each configurable to your material, product geometry, and production speed requirements:

• Tilting Thermoforming Machine – Optimized for dairy sector portion cups and other single‑use round or shaped containers requiring clean, high‑speed discharge in the upright position.
• Multi‑Station Thermoforming Machine – Modular line for lidded food containers, meal trays, plates, flat or shallow packs, and snap‑fit lids across a wide range of sizes and depths.

Custom tooling, in‑mold features, integrated punching, hole piercing, cut‑stack orientation, and downstream automation can be specified per project.

 

Purpose‑built for yogurt, ayran, labneh, soft cheese, desserts, and cultured dairy packaging where output, hygiene, and repeatability are critical.

Process Flow (Typical)

1. Sheet infeed & tension control (roll or inline extruder feed).
2. Precision multi‑zone sheet heating.
3. Forming with vacuum + compressed air assist for sharp detail.
4. Integrated tilting mold/stack rotates the formed web for clean vertical discharge—ideal for liquid‑fill downstream lines.
5. Trim‑in‑place or downstream steel rule cutting (configuration dependent).
6. Automated stack, count, and transfer to packaging or sleeving.
